As each project is unique, I ask for the project information upfront (i.e. floor plans/ furniture layouts, product lists, etc.) to provide you with the most accurate flat-rate quote based on the project's total needs. We've provided a helpful checklist for what is required to get started under the Files & Media Tab

How It Works

1. Let's Chat: We want you to feel confident with who you hire to handle your outsourcing services. Dwelling Envy believes in cultivating relationships and ensuring you feel confident with who you trust with your brand's integrity. We offer a Free Discovery Call before booking any of our Virtual Assistant Services.
2. Gather Your Information: To ensure proper estimates, we'll need to gather the information available for your project. Because each service offering varies in necessary information needed, we'll provide a helpful checklists to help you gather the essentials.
3. Your LOA & Flat- Rate Quote: Once we have all your information and understand better the scope of your project, we'll send over your custom Letter of Agreement, including our flat-rate quote to review and sign.
4. Signatures & Payment: Once we receive your signatures, we'll send an invoice. After payment is received, you can relax as we get to work! Flat rate services invoices must be paid in full prior to work starting. Hourly services are billed on a weekly basis.

What Our Services Include

• Discovery / Pre-Project Work (reviewing project details)
• Custom modeling of necessary furnishings where applicable
• Custom building of any necessary architectural features
• Setting and adjusting proper lighting and camera angles
• Post-rendering Photoshop editing
• Communication via email, phone, and/or zoom throughout the process
• 3-5 Still Pictures per room (at contractors discretion)
• Additional 720 Walk Through Tours and Video Creations available upon request.
