We offer a Free Discovery Call before booking any of our Virtual Assistant Services.
- Gather Your Information: To ensure proper estimates, we'll need to gather the information available for your project. Because each service offering varies in necessary information needed, we'll provide a helpful checklists to help you gather the essentials.
- Your LOA & Flat- Rate Quote: Once we have all your information and understand better the scope of your project, we'll send over your custom Letter of Agreement, including our estimate to complete your project, to review and sign.
- Signatures & Payment: Once we receive your signatures, we'll send an invoice. After payment is received, you can relax as we get to work! Flat rate services invoices must be paid in full prior to work starting. Hourly services are billed on a weekly basis.
